Review – Tony Caputo’s Market and Deli.
I love Caputo’s. They have a wonderful thing going with this deli/market and while they serve a mean sandwich for lunch, the local meats, cheeses, honey’s, amazing chocolates, fabulous pasta’s, olive oils, vinagers and on and on make this the go to place for everything. Prices are comparable or less than places like whole foods and the quality and atmosphere blow those other places out of the water.
Drop in here for lunch, shop a little and if you stop in on Saturdays make sure and visit the local market of local food vendors from all over the valley and state. This last saturday I savored Dough Girl Cookies, Local Honey, Vegan Ice Cream and fine Italian Dark Chocolate. The local salami was also amazing and is made in the true Italian Fashion, right here in Utah!
When you are done here, you can step next door and visit the fish market for your fresh, sushi grade fish or stop by Carlucci’s for some delectable baked goods!
Don’t forget Bruge’s at the bottom of the parking lot for true Belgian frittes and amazing waffles.
